OK!! Time for an update! Above is my week 13 entry into my journal! Except I have been about a week ahead of myself!! Ha! I really was only 13 weeks yesterday... My dates have been a bit all over the place, so I might have 2 entries for 13 weeks!! It's all ok, though, these things happen!

CHECK OUT MY CHOOK!! Ok, for a really really yummy roast chicken, cut up half a lemon, a few garlic cloves roughly chopped, chuck that inside your chook along with a bunch of Rosemary hanging out the end, spray with a bit of olive oil spray, cook and you end up with a VERY delicious and tender chicken! I cooked this in the Weber but I rekon the oven would be just as good! I just really like using my Weber, tiny bit of effort to get the yummiest end results!I though YUCK when I read about the lemon but I tell you, it makes it lovely.......(and yep, Melis you are right, i love my cooking, lol)

Don't fall off your chair! I HAVE BEEN SCRAPPING! The one above is simple as but it was my first one for me in ages.... It was taken the night I got back from having my operation in Pt Augusta after losing the baby last year... I just love this photo of Mia and I, she just reminded me what was good in my life!! And she was sooooo happy to see me!!!

I'm such a copy cat too, am studying Anthea Pearson's journal intently, thanks Melis for her name, I'm shocking with names!!!!!
And GOLF BALL PAINTING!!!! Such an easy way to let the kids paint if you really don't want a huge mess... then you can put the paper away for cute wrapping paper for the relatives who will love it because your child made it!! ANd below is the finished collection! I hung them on the clothes horse, as i was sick of going out to the clothes line every 2 minutes!! And I have been scrapping tonight too! Finally finished Max's CJ, I am glad I took my time, but as soon as I've taken photos it is going EXPRESS POST out of here!! And I also did a 12 x 12 tonight! I have scraplifted a page from Belinda V out of the latest Scrapbook Creations! Hope you don't mind Bel but my mojo is still wandering!!! I will put them up tommorow!!

Well, here I am at just about 12 weeks, I almost flipped when I saw this photo that my friend took of me.... Oh well, in all honesty, I have a baby in my tum and if it's healthy and all is going to plan, well, that's all I'm going to worry about!! I can't wait for it to start kicking me....That to me is the fun part!!

Yesterday the power went off just after we woke up, and it was really cold (bbbrrrrrrr) so I just stayed in bed... I read Mia stories, and we both read our books in bed, well Mia looked at pictures, but it was a really cute little bit of my day!


I have been scrapping, I have one 12x12, and started my pregnancy journal, which is VERY SIMPLE, but for me I figured that if I am going to add to it every week, I need it to be simple so that I don't overwhelm myself, IYKWIM????
And I'm STILL working on a CJ for Simmi's swap, I have it all there, pp's and embellies, I just need to sit down and put it together... I will slap myself if I don't finish it today or tonight!! I don't want to be the flaker, but it has been awhile with no mojo, although I can feel it returning!!

This is just hilarious!! Well, to me anyway! DH is still home today on holidays, and we were having a conversation.... It all goes like this

Me: Do you want to find out what we are having? I do.
DH: Not really.
Me: Well, if we find out what we are having it will give you some time to get over it if it's not a boy.
Or will you be ok if it's a girl?
DH: Yeah, I won't mind if it's a girl.
Me: Yeah, as longs as it's healthy, right?
DH: Right.
Mia: What are you talking about?
Me: Well we are talking about the baby and whether it will be a boy or a girl. Dad would like a boy.
Mia: Well, I want a girl.
Me: Well, what if it's a boy?
Mia: I know Dad, we could have TWINS.
Me & DH: crack up laughing.
Mia: Why are you laughing?
Me: Do you mean twins, one boy and one girl?
Mia: Yes.
Me: Well, we will just have to wait and see what we have!



Although, I do really want to find out, it's just the nosey parker in me!

Hi, long time no blog!! Well, we have been away, forgive me for the long post with heaps of photos, but I do look back at my blog here and there and like to see what I have written before, so it's as much for me IYKWIM?? We left here Sat fortnight ago and spent a night in Adelaide, two nights in Mt Gambier, one night at Apollo Bay, one night in Melbourne, four nights at Merricks beach on the Mornington, one at Ballarat, one in Adelaide then back home again! So we have been around!
Not very happy that my camera has a bit of dust or fluff in it, you will be able to see it on some of my photos.... Cleaned out my camera as best I could but to no avail! ANYWAY! We had a great time!
